Join Maria for a gentle, slow Hatha yoga practice designed to help you unwind and reconnect. Classes include mindful movement and myofascial release techniques to ease tension and support deep relaxation.

You’ll also be guided through calming breathwork and an extended final relaxation accompanied by the soothing sounds of Tibetan bowls, gong, and voice.

Maria is an experienced British Wheel of Yoga teacher who teaches across Somerset, offering welcoming, supportive classes for all levels.
