Join us for a calming yet strengthening Pilates class with Jen! Suitable for all levels. 

Time: 1pm - 2pm

What to bring: 
-Your own mat (we have a few spares if needed)
- Water bottle

Please arrive a few minutes early to settle in before the class begins.
