Join Shelley for a gentle and accessible class designed to help you slow down and reconnect with your body and mind
Shelley draws on her background in 5 Element acupuncture, Traditional Chinese Medicine and movement practices to gently weave in ideas about how the body, breath and mind work together. This includes simple breathing techniques, moments of stillness, and the use of easy acupressure points that you can also use at home.
The sessions are relaxed, welcoming and suitable for beginners as well as anyone looking for a slower, more mindful approach to movement.
After the class, anyone who wishes is warmly invited to stay for a drink in the café!
