Please note this voucher will be posted to you during opening hours, the spa is open Tuesday to Saturday.
Vouchers are valid for six months from the purchase date.
**Please note, due to the new Royal Mail pilot scheme of prioritising parcels over other mail, which has caused significant delays in post arriving (in some cases our vouchers have taken up to 10 days to arrive from the time of postage). If you need a voucher delivered for a specific date, we would strongly suggest you opt for an e-voucher which is emailed to the recipient immediately (they can be purchased from our booking app) or please opt to collect the voucher from us in person from the spa. Due to this it is impossible to guarantee vouchers arriving by a specific date.**
