You asked for a powerful yet non-sensitising retinol treatment that could be added to your daily routine. Our answer was to produce these stable, oil-soluble nightly retinoid serum capsules, so light in texture that it can be layered into your routine and not replace a night cream or oil.

Capsules are made from seaweed, are biodegradable and compostable. Fragrance Free.

For those new to retinol/retinoid treatments, we recommend you start with Sleep Serum Level 1 which contains 0.2% HPR.

WHO IS IT FOR?
All skin types and tones. We recommend a lower age limit of 28, unless treating acne, scaring or hyper-pigmentation.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Use in the evening as part of your skincare routine. Twist capsule and apply serum on treatment area, 2 or 3 evenings per week if new to retinol, or nightly if preferred. Follow with your preferred OSKIA moisturiser or oil. Reduce frequency if sensitivity occurs. Can be used after water-based serums, and before facial oils or moisturisers. 

We recommend for those 28 years and above, unless treating acne, scaring or hyper-pigmentation.

NOTE: Do not use during pregnancy, lactation or with other retinol or retinoid treatments. Use sun protection during the day.

KEY ACTIVES

• 0.5% of Hydroxypinacolone Retinoate, a fourth-generation Retinoid, provides unrivalled skin health benefits, including wrinkle, dark spot and acne reduction. It is oil soluble so absorbs very quickly and the only retinoid apart from Tretinoin or Retinoid Acid that does not need to go through any metabolic changes before it can be effective. It binds directly onto the retinoid receptors of the skin cells. 0.5% is the maximum level allowed under EU legislation for cosmetic products.
• Pro-Vitamin D3, a naturally-occurring active essential for the synthesis of Vitamin D, supports skin health.
• Encapsulated Ascorbyl Tetraisopalmitate, a super-charged, stable and oil-soluble, form of Vitamin C, penetrates deeply to visibly firm and brighten.
• Turmeric heightens skin radiance and tone.
• Defiensil™, rich in Omega 3, soothes and calms.
• Alaria Esculenta and Rosamox™ firm and hydrate.
• Encapsulated Co-Enzyme Q10 & Vitamin E provide anti-oxidant and anti-glycation protection.
• Hemi-Squalane - plant derived, saturated fat that restores the lipid barrier, balances the skin’s natural oils and improves hydration and smoothness. Saturated oils have single bonds within their fatty acid chains, which makes them more stable and resistant to free-radical attack.
