- Apply at least an hour before going to bed to allow penetration.
- Apply to perfectly dry skin.
- Retinol application should be phased in gradually. Use twice a week for the first two weeks, every other night for the next two weeks, and then every night.
- It can be used on alternate nights with AHA Renew Serum.
- Always wash your hands thoroughly after application to avoid transferring Retinol to eyes, mouth, nose, etc.
- Retinol can increase your skin's sensitivity to the sun. Use UV Shield SPF 50 Daily
