OUR RETURNS POLICY LASTS 14 DAYS.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your products you can return them to us subject to our returns policy.
All purchases from Haircutts are covered by our 14-day returns and exchange policy, from the date of purchase. Products returned after the expiry of 14 days from purchase would unfortunately not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
You must return your unused and unopened product within 14 days of receiving it. To receive a full refund, simply drop your purchase back into Haircutts or please post back to us. The product must be returned with its original packaging and must be intact
We highly recommend that you use a registered and insured delivery service as we do not accept any responsibility for lost or damaged returns. This type of service will also allow you to track your package and ensure its safe return as we can not issue a refund for lost or damaged items.

Any item not in its original condition, damaged or has missing parts for reasons outside of our control or items returned beyond the 14 returns period will not be refunded.
If your return is approved we will process a refund to your credit/debit card (or original alternative method of payment). You will receive credit within timeframes subject to your card issuer's policies.
If you haven't received your refund first check your bank account again. If the refund is not showing in your bank account then contact your bank or card company as and ask for an update on the refund and their processing times. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund in a timely fashion, please contact us.

Products purchased from a promotion or discounted products are non refundable. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact Haircutts by either popping into salon or by email.
