What to expect through this journey
Enjoy a 30 minute detox in our infrared sauna where you can listen to music as you allow yourself to be taken away in your mind where the sun and sand meet the ocean allowing your body to detox from heavy metals. Then step into our treatment room where you will experience a full body scrub ridding you off any debris on the skin and finished will a full body massage. So you leave feeling relaxed, nourished and glowing inside and out.
We recommend
Wear warm comfortable clothing. Dont drink any caffinated drinks atleast 2 hours before your treatment. Whilst in the sauna you will need a swimsuit to wear so you are comfortable. A towel and robe will be provided. You will be asked to remove your clothing but we will keep your modisty wrapping you in warm towels.
