What to expect through this journey
Head into a relam of spiritual awakening with a traditional Chinese reflexology tretament that will help heal your body using different pressure points on the feet. Followed by an ancient Japanese reiki treatment that will help unblock stagnant energy awakening the spirit within you. Then dive into our floatation pod allowing your mind to wander whilst your body enters a deep relaxation. Rinsing off any tension leaving you feeling fully relaxed and re-charged.
We recommend
Dont drink any caffinated drinks at least 2 hours before your treatment. Wear warm comfortable clothing. You are going to get wet so you can bring a swimsuit but we recommend you float totally free. A warm towel and gown will be provided.
