What to expect through this journey
This is an incrediably relaxing experience of weighlessness that provides multiple health benefits. The ambient temperature of the air and water is the same as your skin so that you feel fully free. When you arrive you will be able to tailor the music and lighting so that you get a fully personalised floating expereince. You are also able to adjust the pod closure to have it fully open or closed depending on your needs. A quick shower will get you started before fully submerging yourself into the pod and float away for a full 60 minutes allowing the magnesium salts to absorb into your body, relaxing your muscles and realigning the spine whilst your aches and pains float away leaving you feeling fully relaxed and stress free.
We Recommend
Do not have any caffeinated drinks atleast 2 hours prior to your appointment. We recommend you float totally free but if you prefer you can bring a swimming costume. A towel is provided and earplugs are supplied if requested.
