This treatment is a full top to toe energy healing experience. Your treatment will start at the head as you induldge in a ayurvedic inspired head massage. Releasing old thoughts , and relieving tension, as we work down through your chakras using reiki energy opening up to new energy flow allowing your intensions to come. finishing at your feet as we ground that energy through reflexology, massaging different pressure points. So that you leave feeling fully relaxed, fully charged and ready to go.
We recommend
Dont drink any caffinated drinks atleast 2 hours before your treatment. Wear warm, comfortable clothing. You will be asked to remove the top part of your clothing but we will keep your modisty, wrapping you in a warm towel, and any footwear including socks.
