Drift of into another realm whilst our therapist massages your scalp., hands and arms. Using hot stones to massage the neck and shoulders. Awakening your skin, bringing you back to a refreshing yet relaxed state of mind.
We recommend
Wear warm comfortable clothing. Dont drink any caffinated drinks atleast 2 hours before your treatment. Whilst in the sauna you will need a swimsuitto wear so you are comfortable. A towel and robe will be provided. You will be asked to remove your clothing but we will keep your modisty, wrapping you in warm towels.
