What to expect through this journey
Sit back and relax in our private 55 degrees sauna. Allow the infrared rays to penetrate the skin and absorb all the goodness they have to offer. As your sweat glands are activated by the heat, your body will detox from toxins and heavy metals. Boosting your immune system and engaging your autonomic system which heals and nourishes the body. Whilst your body heals you can relax listening to music, a podcast, reading a book or simply switching off. This experience will leave you feeling relaxed, replenished and restored.
We reccomend
Do not have any caffeniated drinks at least 2 hours prior to your appointment. Do not drink any hot drinks at least 1 hour prior to your appointment. Hydrate, your body will detox during this session. It is important to replenish. We reccomend you bring a swimming costume or shorts. Wear loose, comfortable clothing. A towel and robe will be provided.
