Start your journey in our infrared sauna where you can enjoy light music or meditation, before encasing yourself in a warm heated bed whilst our therapist treats you to a firm back, neck and shoulder massage. Using a combination of hot stones so that you can get deeper into the muscle to relieve more tension. Finishing of your treatment with a cold stone face massage. So that you leave feeling invigorated.
We recommend
Dont drink any caffinated drinks 2 hours before your treatment. Wear warm, comfortable clothing. You will be asked to remove your clothing but we will keep your modisty, wrapping you in a blanket on a heated bed.
