Slow down and enjoy a restorative morning at The Farmhouse Sanctuary in Catherington, Hampshire.
Combining yoga, a soothing sound bath, nourishing food and countryside spa time, this retreat is a lovely escape to enjoy solo or with a friend.
Your retreat includes:
• 8.45–9am: Arrival, welcome wellness drink and introductions.
• 9–9.45am: Yoga with Corine.
• 9.45–10.15am: Breakfast in the Glasshouse with pastries and fruit.
• 10.15am: Sound bath with Sam.
• 10.45–11.45am: Time to enjoy the spa, join an oracle circle and relax at your own pace.
• 12pm: Nourishing seasonal salad and pasta lunch in the Glasshouse.
• 1pm: Shower, change and prepare to leave — or extend your spa time for £15 per hour.
Enjoy our heated outdoor pool, hot tubs, barrel sauna, infrared sauna, ice plunge and indoor relaxation spaces during your spa time.
