Membership is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
Non-transferable. No refunds. Cannot be paused, frozen or extended.
Unlimited cuts and colour apply to the named member only.
Blowdries are limited to two per week and must be booked with Stylist, Graduate Stylist or New Stylist levels only.
Bookings with Senior Stylists or above will incur a surcharge from £10 depending on level.
Treatments are only available when booked alongside a colour or blowdry service.
Three Scalp Facial treatments are included across the membership term.
One complimentary children’s cut per month applies to children aged 10 or under and must be booked with a Graduate or New Stylist.
30% off Kerasilk smoothing treatments applies for the full membership duration.
20% off for a nominated friend or family member excludes fringe trims and 20-minute express colour services. The member’s name must be provided at booking.
10% off retail excludes bundles and items already on promotion.
Birthday gift is only available if the membership period includes your birthday.
All colour services require an up-to-date skin test.
CANCELLATIONS
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required.
1st occurrence: 50% charge (redeemable on products)
2nd occurrence: 100% charge (50% redeemable)
3rd+ occurrences: 100% charge (non-redeemable)
No-shows: 100% charge
We reserve the right to amend or withdraw membership terms at any time.
