Terms & Conditions
Membership starts from date purchased for 6 full months. Only the person who purchases the Elite 6 Month Membership is able to use the membership and the benefits it has. Membership includes unlimited cuts and unlimited colour.
Blowdry appointments are limited to two per week. All blowdry appointments included within memberships are to be booked with Stylist, Graduate Stylist or New Stylist levels only. Blowdry appointments are not included with Senior Stylists or above. Should a member wish to book a blowdry with a Senior Stylist or above, a surcharge will apply, starting from £10, depending on stylist level, payable at the time of booking or appointment.
Hair treatments are to be taken alongside colour or blowdry services only.
Three Scalp Facial treatments are included during the membership term.
One complimentary children’s cut per month is included for a child aged 10 years or under and must be booked with a Graduate or New Stylist.
30% off Kerasilk smoothing treatments applies for the duration of the membership.
20% off cutting, colouring and hair treatments is available for one nominated friend or family member, excluding fringe trims and express 20-minute colour services. Friend or family member must mention the member’s name when booking.
10% off retail purchases applies, excluding bundles or items already on promotion.
A birthday gift is available only if the membership covers the member’s birthday.
No refunds available on Elite Memberships. Memberships are non-transferable and may not be paused, frozen or extended. You are required to have all relevant tests up to date for colour appointments.
Service Cancellations
We require a minimum of 48 hours notice should you need to cancel any appointments made.
On the 1st Failure to do so will result in a 50% charge of the value of appointment missed, which you may use to purchase products.
On the 2nd Failure to do so will result in a 100% charge for the appointment missed value with 50% of the charge able to be put towards retail products, the other 50% will be lost.
If it happens a 3rd plus any further times you will be charged 100% of the missed appointment value, which will be lost.
A No Show Appointment will be charged the full service amount which will be lost.
We reserve the right to update our terms at any time. By purchasing your Elite Membership you agree to be bound by our Terms and Conditions.
