Membership starts from date purchased for 12 full months. Only the person who purchases Elite 12 Month Membership is able to use Elite 12 Month Membership and the benefits it has. Birthday & Christmas gift available only when your Elite 12 Month Membership covers your Birth Date or Christmas. Welcome gift available on the first purchase of the membership per person only. Hair treatments are to be taken alongside other services only. Blow dry appointments are to be booked with Graduate Stylists or New Stylists ONLY, A New Stylist is one that has worked for Samuel Chapman Salon for 6 months or less. A kids cut is for a child of 10 years or younger. Available to use for 1 child per Membership. 25% off for family & friends is available to use on services only with any Stylist except Samuel – please give samuel chapman salon the name of the 3 nominated friends and family that you wish to include. Family & Friends must mention your name when booking to receive discount which is only available during the term of your membership. No refunds available on Elite Memberships. You are required to have all relevant tests up to date for any colour services.
Service Cancellation
We require a minimum of 48 hours notice should you need to cancel any appointments made. On the 1st Failure to do so will result in a 50% charge of the value of appointment missed, which you may use to purchase products. On the 2nd Failure to do so will result in a 100% charge for the appointment missed value with 50% of the charge able to be put towards retail products, the other 50% will be lost. If it happens a 3rd plus any further times you will be charged 100% of the missed appointments value with the full amount being lost. A No Show Appointment will be charged the full service amount which will be lost. We reserve the right to update our terms at any time. By purchasing your Elite 12 Month Membership you agree to be bound by our terms and Conditions. Samuel Chapman Salon reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without notice at any point.
