Shipping Policy
Our aim is to package and post orders within 2-3 days of receipt. Any orders placed on a UK bank holiday or the day before will be processed the next following working day as quickly as possible . please be aware there maybe delays during this period. Please leave a few extra days should a product become out of stock, we will notify you but the distributors have said they could sent directly should this this be the case. Our delivery costs cover standard nationwide delivery which is £4.99, Please note we use an external delivery company for our deliveries and are not responsible for external factors that may effect the delivery time. Please note any electrical goods such as heat styling tools or flip in hair extensions will be sent via the our suppliers so please allow extra time for delivery please note we are not responsible for there shipping policies for any other details please contact the suppliers please do email us you have any questions with regard's to your delivery. Returns Policy
Our policy lasts 14 days. if you receive your goods and your not satisfied please contact us within 14 days by emailing rachael.lomax@serenityhairdesignandbeauty.co.uk If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange. Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as makeup and sealed products. Flip in hair extensions cannot be returned if the security tag has been removed. We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. Some health and personal care items are also non-returnable. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error please notify us within 30 days from the date the item was received, So we can replace or refund depending on the issue. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will be subject to review by our quality control. Lost Items Returning the goods is the responsibility of the customer and would recommend to return by recorded delivery if you cannot get to the salon, please be aware we do not pay postage for this service just the original postage cost unless being returned if faulty. If you do return something and its gets lost we will not be able to process your exchange/Refund. Refunds If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a refund you have up 14 days from date product was received. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. If your return is approved we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive credit and can take up 10 working days, depending on your card issuer's and banks policies. Late or missing refunds If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Sale items Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email rachael.lomax@serenityhairdesignandbeauty.co.uk. Shipping To return your product, simply drop into our salon or post your product to us. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Once we have received the goods, they will go through a quality control check. We will then email you to process the return. We would leave a 7 Day wait time to be processed.
