Shipping Policy

Note:  A standard charge of £5 postage and packing will be taken for orders under £50.
Our aim is to package and post orders within 48 hours of receipt, although this may take longer if orders are placed at the weekend or after salon opening hours. Our delivery costs cover standard nationwide delivery. Order online anytime or call us to speak to one of our team for more information.
Please note if you order an evoucher (delivered as an email)  rather than a Gift Card (to be posted) there will be no shipping to pay 

Returns Policy

Our return policy lasts 30 days from you receiving your item.  If your purchase was more than 30 days, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange unless the product is deemed to be faulty. To be eligible for a refund or exchange within 30 days, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and in the original unopened packaging.  If you beleive the item is faulty within 30 days of purchase we will take advice from the manufacturer and then we will replace or refund if they agree it is faulty.   To complete your return - we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)   Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. If your return is approved we will call you to refund your credit card (or original method of payment).  Late or missing refunds (if applicable) - if you haven't received a refund please first check your bank account., then contact your credit card company or bank , it may take some time for your refund to reach you.   If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.  Exchanges (if applicable) - we will replace items if they are defective or damaged, if you wish to exchange for an alternative item, please email us  reception@sheilahenry.co.uk   To return your product - please contact us first by email or phone, then either bring into the  salon or post your product to us. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.  If we replace an item due to it being faulty we will cover the postage cost but if a product is being exchanged, you will be charged postage (unless we have sent an item in error - we will cover postage costs in this case)  Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary and we cannot be held responsible for Royal Mail issues.
