Shipping Policy

Our aim is to package and post all your lovely orders as soon a possible of receipt. Our delivery costs cover standard nationwide delivery. If you do not receive your lovely goodies within a week please email us info@phoenixhair.co.uk and we will look into this for you.

Returns Policy

All sales are final. We offer a non-returns policy on all purchases.
We offer an exchange only policy for any products that are damaged in transit or if an incorrect item was shipped. To be eligble for an exchange on a faulty or incorrect item, you must first email the salon info@phoenixhair.co.uk within 14 days of the order date. Upon receipt of your email we will promptly reply and make sure your replacement is sent out.
