Shipping Policy

Our aim is to package and post orders within 24 hours of receipt. During busy periods or times of high volume orders there may be a delay in shipping. 

Our delivery costs cover standard nationwide delivery. We cannot ship internationally.

Returns Policy

We really hope you are pleased with your purchase, however if there is an issue and you do need to return an item we offer a 14 day return policy. Items must be unopened with security seals intact and in the condition that you received them.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the initial delivery cost will be deducted. If you wish to exchange any items a new delivery fee will be charged.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

In the unfortunate  event that products arrive damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days via e-mail info@euphoric-beauty.co.uk or call 07552237569. A replacement will be sent to you at no extra charge. Please note, the faulty or damaged item will need to be returned.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 3 – 5 working days for the refund to be visible.
