Shipping Policy

Orders will be shipped within 1 working day of cleared payment.

Any orders placed over the weekend or on a bank holiday will be dispatched on the next working day available.

Please Note: Delivery prices can vary due to the weight and/or value of orders. Delivery charges are calculated automatically at the checkout. We are unable to amend the delivery address once the order has been completed.

Returns Policy

Do you have a return policy?

We are pleased to offer a return policy on any unopened products. We find that we have extremely low return rates and we are proud of the high-quality products that we offer.




May I return my order?

We are more than happy to accommodate returns on products that have NOT been used.




What is the return period?

We will provide a refund on all products within 28 days from the date that the order was made.




Do I have to pay for the postage of my return?

You are responsible for all return postage costs and you MUST keep proof of postage in case your return goes missing during delivery as Aspire Hairdressing (NE) LIMITED will not be responsible for lost returns.




When will I receive my refund?

A full refund will be issued to your original payment method after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned products have not been used/tampered with. Refunds usually take 3-5 days to be refunded back into your account, this can vary depending on your bank.
