Returns Policy

At Estheva, your satisfaction and skin health are our top priorities. Due to the sensitive personal nature of skincare products and hygiene concerns, we do not offer returns once products have been shipped. However, we understand that skincare is a personal journey, and we're here to ensure you have the best possible experience with our Era Skin products.

Return Exceptions:
While we cannot accept standard returns, we offer exceptions in the following situations:

1. Damaged or Defective Products: If your product arrives damaged/defective, please contact our team within 48 hours of receipt. We will be happy to provide a replacement or issue a refund.

2. Incorrect Products: If you receive the wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will correct the issue at no additional cost.

3. Allergic Reactions: If you experience an adverse reaction, we encourage you to stop using the product immediately. Please reach out to our team with details of your reaction and photos, if possible. in this instance we may offer a credit on your Estheva account or an alternative solution based on the situation.
