We aim to deliver within 48 hours of orders being placed.
Our delivery costs cover standard UK delivery. Order online anytime or call us to speak to one of our team for more information.

Returns Policy

-If you change your mind and would like to return your item, you must contact the salon within 7 days. It is your responsibility to pay for your return shipping. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 
-If you receive a faulty item or have an adverse reaction to your item, please contact the salon within 7 days and we will cover the cost of return shipping.
-If your return is approved we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
