Is committed to pick, pack and post orders within 24 hours of order receipt.

Depending on the value of your package, we shall use our discretion as to the method of Royal Mail delivery.

For orders less than £80.00 there is a delivery cost of £3.85

For orders over £80.00 there is free delivery.

Tracking numbers are being implemented via Royal Mail and should you have any queries you can contact us during normal working hours.

Returns Policy

We hope your order meets your expectations.

If however you encounter an issue, we may refund or exchange your product(s) for the following reasons:

• Faulty pumps (most vacuum sealed issues can be resolved)
• Faulty texture or fragrance
• Allergy to product

If you experience an issue with an item within a collection, you will be required to return ALL items within the collection.

If you have been bought an item as a gift and you know you have an allergy to the product, the PURCHASER must return the product.

Products must be returned in their original condition and unfortunately we are unable to accept items back that have been opened.

Refunds will only be made against the original credit/debit card used.(within 30 days from the date of dispatch).

Please note we can only offer a refund if returned within 30 days from the date of dispatch.

Unfortunately we are unable to reimburse any return postage fees.
