Shipping Policy

Our aim is to package and post orders within 24 hours of receipt. Our delivery costs cover standard nationwide delivery. Order online anytime or call us to speak to one of our team for more information.

Currently we deliver to the UK only.


Returns Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days.
You  can contact and inform us within 14 days via email that you wish to return or exchange your goods. You have a further 14 days for us to receive back the goods inperfect condition as otlined below.  If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
We do not accept Mii cosmetics products, products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. Some health and personal care items are also non-returnable.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where refunds may not be given or only partial refunds  granted. Any item not in its original condition, used, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item that is returned within 30 days after delivery for refunds are If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a refund. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
If your return is approved we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive credit in a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Late or missing refunds If you haven't received a refund yet:

  • first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be considered for a refund, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email. 

Shipping returns
To return your product, simply drop into our salon or post your product to us.You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
