Shipping Policy

We have different Delivery Options available. You can pick these on checkout.

How does Delivery Service Work?

We use several different couriers for all our deliveries, you can rest assured that your order will arrive quickly and efficiently, and deliveries can appear anytime between 7am and 9pm.  We currently only deliver to UK Mainland and Northern Ireland.


STANDARD ORDERS
 
Standard Orders under £50 are £5.50 for P&P. Shipped via Royal Mail ‘Tracked’ service (please allow up to 5 working days for delivery from the date your order is received – which is the day after your order is placed) & no signature is required.

Standard Orders over £90 are FREE. These are also shipped via Royal Mail ‘Tracked’ service (please allow up to 5 working days for delivery from the date your order is received – which is the day after your order is placed) & no signature is required.

Parcels can be left with a neighbour or in a safe place if specifically instructed on the order but please note that by selecting this option you take responsibility for the parcel should it go missing following delivery.

 
Spa Pick Up
You have the option to collect the order from the Spa. You would recieve a text message or email when the order is ready for collection. You must then call the spa to book in a collection time.
Spa pick up is free of charge.

Returns Policy

Returns & Cancellations Policy
Vspa Retreat Ltd trusts that you will be delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement on all goods returned to us within 14 days of your receipt of goods, provided you can show proof of purchase, the products are in their original, unopened and unused condition.
 A working day is any day other than weekends and bank or other public holidays.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must give written notice to Vspa Retreat  by email, at the email address shown below, giving details of the goods ordered and (where appropriate) their delivery. As we have several warehouse sites we will confirm upon returns which address it will need to be returned too.

If you exercise your right of cancellation after the goods have been delivered to you, you will be responsible for returning the goods to the Supplier at your own cost (unless we delivered the goods in error or if the goods are damaged or defective when delivered). The goods must be returned to the address given to you at the time of return requests accepted. You must take all reasonable care to ensure the goods are not damaged in the meantime or in transit. You are able to return the item to the spa directly free of charge.

Once the goods have been received in an acceptable condition, we  will refund or credit you within 30 days for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card or other account for the goods.
