Shipping Policy

Our aim is to package and post orders within 48 hours of receipt. Our delivery costs cover standard nationwide delivery. Order online anytime or call us to speak to one of our team for more information. You can also collect your purchase in person at the salon. Please allow extra time for delivery during the Pandemic.

Returns Policy

OUR PRODUCTS

The Products we offer for sale are those listed on the Website, on the date you consult the Website, within the limit of available stock and subject to these Terms. All Products should be kept out of the reach of children (individuals under 16 years of age).

The images of the Products on our Website are for illustrative purposes only.
Products purchased may vary slightly from images on our Website.

The packaging of the Products may vary from that shown on images on our Website.

Product Availability:

When placing your order, the majority of the Products presented on the website may be bought online.

Products are offered subject to availability. If a product is not available, you shall be informed thereof as soon as possible. Such information may be provided to you:

a) at the time of placing your order. If a product that can be bought online is unavailable it will state that the desired product is out of stock; or

b) following the validation of your order. If a product becomes unavailable prior to delivery, you will be contacted via email.

4.5. If we are unable to supply you with a product, for example, because that product is not in stock or no longer available or because of an error on our website, we will inform you of this by email and you can decide how you wish to proceed with your order or let us know if you wish to cancel your order.

If you have already paid for the products, we will take the necessary steps with Phorest or PayPal (as applicable), to deduct the price(s) of the product(s) that is/are unavailable from the amount debited from your bank account as soon as possible. If none of the items ordered are available we will also refund any delivery costs charged as soon as possible.

No substitute product will be sent to replace the unavailable product.

LIFT may not be held liable if products are out of stock or unavailable.

Retention of title and risk:

a) Product(s) ordered shall remain the property of LIFT until full receipt of the purchase price and all applicable delivery charges by LIFT. If products have been delivered to you and there is a payment incident or in the event of incomplete or partial payment, you undertake, at your cost, to return the products to us at our first request.

b) On the date of delivery, the risks (in particular of theft or damage) concerning thepProducts are transferred to you.

Samples and Gift Packaging:

Any samples offered are subject to availability. Any samples provided by LIFT for you to try are for your personal use only.

Any gift packaging options are subject to availability.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

The prices of the products are given in pounds sterling. We use our best efforts to ensure that the prices of products are correct at the time of completing an order.


The price of a product includes VAT at the applicable rate chargeable in the UK on the date of the order. However, if the rate of VAT changes between the date of your order and the date of delivery, we will adjust the VAT you pay, unless you have already paid for the products in full before the change in VAT takes effect.

The prices given do not include the delivery costs, which will be invoiced in addition and specified to you before the order is confirmed and when the order is definitively validated.

You accept LIFT'S right to modify its prices at any time, however the products will be invoiced on the basis of the tariffs in force when the order is recorded, subject to the availability of such Products. The tariff in force is that stated on the Website, unless there is a typographical error.

Our Website contains a large number of Products. It is always possible that, despite our reasonable efforts, some of the Products on our Website may be incorrectly priced. If we discover an error in the price of the Products you have ordered we will contact you to inform you of this error and we will give you the option of continuing to purchase the Product at the correct price or cancelling your order. We will not process your order until we have your instructions. If we are unable to contact you using the contact details you provided during the order process, we will treat the order as cancelled and notify you in writing at the postal address provided during the order process.

Please note that if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakeable and could have reasonably been recognised by you as a mispricing, we do not have to provide the Products to you at the incorrect price.

Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases, skin and body care or make up that are sold without seals.
Personal care items are also non-returnable.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be refunded partially nor fully.

If your return is approved we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive credit in up to 10 working days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank.

There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us. Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email.

Shipping

To return your product, simply drop into our salon or post your product to us.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
