Shipping Policy

Our aim is to package and post orders within 24 hours of receipt. Our delivery costs cover standard nationwide delivery within the UK. Order online anytime or call us to speak to one of our team for more information.

Returns Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a refund. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. If your return is approved we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive credit in a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email. Shipping To return your product, simply drop into our salon or post your product to us. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
