Shipping Policy
Our aim is to package and post orders within 1 working day of receipt. Please note we are closed on sundays and mondays.
Delivery is via Royal Mail and can take 2-3 days, Please allow longer over public and bank holidays.
Our delivery costs cover standard UK delivery only.

ONLINE SALES RETURNS POLICY
We have a 14 day returns policy. If you receive your goods and are not happy please email beautyboutiquecromer@gmail.com with 14 days of receiving goods.
We will refund/replace items that are returned unused and in a re-saleable condition.
Due to EU hygiene regulations we can't refund, replace or exchange cosmetics returned in non-saleable condition.
Returning the goods is the responsibility of the customer so you must return them by recorded delivery (if you return something and it gets lost we will not be able to process your exchange / refund). Depending on the nature of the issue you may be liable to pay for the goods to be returned. In other cases we will refund the postage costs.

Once we have received the goods, they will be checked by quality control. Our customer service team will then email you to process the return. Please allow up to 7 days for your return to be processed. Once we have processed the return, we will inform you by email.
Returns Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. Some health and personal care items are also non-returnable.To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery Refunds (if applicable) If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a refund. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. If your return is approved we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive credit in a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us. Sale items (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email. Shipping To return your product, simply drop into our salon or post your product to us.You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
