Shipping Policy

Our aim is to package and post orders within 24 hours of receipt.
 
Orders placed after 1pm on Friday or between Saturday and Monday will be despatched on Tuesday or as soon as possible thereafter.

All UK Orders £50 or over will be FREE SHIPPING
All UK Orders under £50 will be charged at £4.50
 
Our delivery costs cover standard nationwide delivery.

Returns Policy

The team at Highbrow hope that you are delighted with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your product, we are happy to offer an exchange of goods, or a refund. If the item is returned to us within 14 days, in its original packaging and hasn’t been used.
Alternatively, if you wish to cancel an order placed on line, please contact us via email within a period of 14 working days of receiving your order. Once we have received the returned goods, a refund will be processed minus the original delivery charge. The cost incurred for returning the parcel will not be reimbursed and are the customer's responsibility, unless the item is damaged or faulty or supplied incorrectly. If any of the these apply, then the postage plus return cost will both be reimbursed along with the product cost. Please enclose documentation with order reference, with reason for return and whether you wish for an exchange or a refund with the item(s) being returned, as this will help us improve our service and we appreciate all feedback.
The Highbrow Skin & Laser Clinic Ltd cannot be held responsible for goods that do not reach the clinic and therefore suggest a signed for or recorded delivery is selected.
