Returns Policy

Online store returns policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please email lichfield@obsessionsalons.co.uk with your order number and the products you'd like to exchange or return, and we'll take care of the rest.

All returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery and the products must be returned to us within 14 days of the request (either by post or in person). Products must be returned to us in a saleable condition, must be unused and in their original packaging. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the products back.

Once we receive the products we will credit your original payment card with the cost of the product and the original delivery costs. However, we are unable to refund your cost of returning the product to us. Discounted products will be refunded at the price paid not the full RRP.
