Our aim is to package and post orders within 24 hours of receipt Moday-Friday. Our delivery costs cover standard nationwide delivery. Order online anytime or call us to speak to one of our team for more information.

Returns Policy

PRODUCTS AND REFUNDS
Products may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, products cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances unless the product is faulty or the client has had an allergic reaction (not including normal retinoid response).

Products returned damaged, opened, or tampered with cannot be refunded. Products cannot be exchanged for other services, retail products, or courses. The £25 booking fee will not be refunded.
