Returns Policy
Refund Policy
The original purchaser of RH London (rh-london.com) are entitled to a refund in the following situations:
a) if the product has a manufafacturing defect.
b) The defect is recurring, even after the product has been replaced.
Will will offer an exchange but limited to the value of the original purchased item. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis and grantd in the sole discretion of Richy hair Boutique Limited.
Returns Policy
The Return plicy applies to the original purchaser of a RH Londo product only. in that case, RH London may acept refunds, returns or exchanges of the product purchased directly from RH London through the online shop only when the product has a manufacturing defct or damaged when item was received.
RH London must be informed and receive the returned product within 7 days of purchased; no returns will be accepted after this period;
- The original prchaser must provide the receipt or invoice as requested when the order was placed directly from Rh London: and,
- The product must be unopened and unused.
- In addition, if the product is damaged or an item is missing, a picture of the product must be providedat the time of delivery.
RH London shall be obligated to ensure the product is safe and meets the satisfactory conditions up until the point of delivery.
Dissatisfaction with the results of the product will not be grounds for a refund or returns claim.
Cancellations
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we can acept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched.
