These Terms & Conditions explain how our online shop operates and set out the rights and responsibilities of both Simply Hair and our customers. By placing an order through our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

We supply professional haircare products throughout the United Kingdom via our online shop and also offer a Click & Collect service from our salon.
2. Ordering From Our Online Shop
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products selected.
Once your order has been received, we'll send you an email confirming that your order has been placed. This confirmation does not mean your order has been accepted.
Your order is accepted once we dispatch your products or confirm that your Click & Collect order is ready.
If we are unable to fulfil your order for any reason, we'll contact you as soon as possible and issue a full refund where payment has already been taken.
3. Product Availability
Whilst we make every effort to ensure all products shown online are available, occasionally an item may become unavailable after an order has been placed.
If this happens we'll contact you promptly to offer one of the following options:
A suitable alternative product
Waiting for the item to become available
A full refund
We reserve the right to withdraw products from sale without prior notice.
4. Prices
All prices shown are in Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable.
We take every care to ensure pricing is accurate. However, if an obvious pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the order before dispatch and issue a full refund.
Prices may change without notice.
5. Payment
Payment is taken securely at the time your order is placed using the payment methods available within our online shop.
We never store your full payment card details.
6. Delivery
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
Please refer to our separate Shipping Policy for full delivery information, estimated dispatch times and delivery charges.
Whilst we aim to meet estimated delivery times, these cannot be guaranteed once parcels have been passed to our delivery partners.
7. Click & Collect
Click & Collect is available free of charge.
Orders are normally prepared within 72 hours.
Once your order is ready, we'll email you to confirm it is available for collection.
Collections are available:
Tuesday to Saturday
10:00am – 4:00pm

8. Product Advice
Our team are professionally trained to recommend products based on the information you provide.
As everyone's hair type, condition and lifestyle are different, results may vary between individuals.
If you're unsure which products are suitable for you, please contact our team before placing your order and we'll be happy to help.
Recommendations are made in good faith but cannot guarantee identical results for every individual.
9. Product Images
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, photographs and colours are as accurate as possible.
Packaging may occasionally differ from photographs shown due to manufacturer updates or redesigns.
These changes do not affect the quality or authenticity of the product.
10. Returns & Refunds
Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected by these Terms & Conditions.

11. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing:

12. Promotional Offers
From time to time we may offer promotional discounts or discount codes.
Unless otherwise stated:
only one promotional code may be used per order
promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash
promotional codes cannot be applied retrospectively
promotions may be withdrawn without notice
13. Gift Cards
Where gift cards are accepted online, separate Gift Card Terms & Conditions may apply.
Gift cards are non-refundable except where required by law.

All content on this website including photographs, logos, graphics, product descriptions, branding and written content remains the property of LH S Hair Ltd or its licensors.
No part of this website may be copied, reproduced or used without our written permission.
