We aim to ensure all orders are processed and dispatched efficiently and with care.
Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 24 hours of receipt (Monday to Friday, before 12:00).
Orders placed after 12:00 on Friday, or over the weekend, will be processed on the following Monday. Where a Bank Holiday falls on a Monday, orders will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Service
We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 to provide a reliable UK-wide delivery service.
You will receive tracking updates via text and email once your order has been dispatched. A signature may be required upon delivery for security purposes.
Delivery charges apply at checkout and cover standard UK mainland delivery. Restrictions may apply.
Click & Collect
We offer a Click & Collect service from our Newcastle salon.
Simply place your order online and select Click & Collect at checkout. You will be notified when your order is ready for collection.
Collection is available during salon opening hours. Please ensure you bring your order confirmation with you. Orders may be refused if verification cannot be completed.
Orders will be held for a maximum of 30 days from receipt of payment.

Orders can be placed online at any time for your convenience.
We appreciate your order and look forward to delivering your products with care.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the delivery provider once the order has been dispatched.

1. Statutory Right of Withdrawal
You are entitled to withdraw from the contract without giving reason in accordance with the following:
If you purchased one product or several products delivered in one shipment, the instructions in Section 1 of the Annex "Information on the right of withdrawal" apply.
If you purchased several products delivered in partial shipments, the instructions in Section 2 of the Annex "Information on the right of withdrawal" apply.
2. Voluntary Return Policy
Without limiting your statutory rights, you may be entitled to return or exchange your purchase under the following conditions:
Our voluntary return period is 30 days from the date of purchase. After this time, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be unused and in the same condition as received
• Items must be in their original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required
We do not accept returns on:
• Intimate or sanitary goods
• Hazardous materials
• Flammable liquids or gases
• Certain health and personal care items
Returns should not be sent to the manufacturer.
Partial refunds may be granted where:
• Items are not in their original condition
• Items are damaged or missing parts not due to our error
• Items are returned after 30 days
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

If you have not received your refund:

Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If a refund is issued, return shipping costs may be deducted.
Delivery times for exchanges may vary depending on location.
Annex: Information on the Right of Withdrawal
Section 1 – Single Shipment
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after you, or a third party other than the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

You may use the model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal request, using the original payment method.
We may withhold reimbursement until goods are returned or proof of return is provided.
You must return goods within 14 days of notifying us.
You are responsible for return costs.
You are liable for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary.
Section 2 – Partial Shipments
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after you receive the final item in your order.
All other terms remain as stated above.
