Delivery Information

Shipping Policy

Our aim is to package and post orders within 24 hours of receipt. Our delivery costs cover standard nationwide delivery. Order online anytime or email us to speak to one of our team for more information. 
Please note there is no staff that can dispatch parcels in the salon on Tuesdays and Sundays. If orders are placed on those days, shipping will occur on the NEXT WORKING DAY.

Returns Policy

We do not accept returns unless the following conditions apply:

The item was received damaged
The wrong item was sent to you

If either of these applies, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing:

Please include your order number, a photo of the item, and a brief description of the issue.

Approved returns must be:

Unused
In their original packaging

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note if your item was damaged on arrival you will not need to send it back to us.

If you have received the wrong item, please email us at info@studio58london.com. When sending the item back, kindly ensure it is securely packaged, as many of our products are made of glass and can be fragile.

We do not accept returns for:

Change of mind
Incorrect product selection
Personal preferences (e.g. scent, texture)
