4. Prescription Medicines
Prescription Only Medicines (POMs) are supplied only following an assessment by one of our GPhC-registered prescribing pharmacists.
Placing an order does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued.
Each consultation is assessed individually based on:

Current medicines
Relevant clinical information
Any additional information requested by the prescribing pharmacist
We reserve the right to:
Decline any prescription request

Request photographic identification
Request confirmation of body weight where clinically appropriate

5. Your Responsibilities
You agree that all information submitted during consultations or purchases is accurate and truthful.
You must inform us immediately if:

Your medication changes
You experience significant side effects
Information previously supplied becomes inaccurate
Providing false or misleading information may result in refusal of treatment and cancellation of your order.

For prescription medicines, payment secures your consultation and prescription assessment only. Payment does not guarantee that medication will be prescribed.
